With summer around the corner, what better time to work on our bums then NOW? I've got the perfect little series that you can incorporate into your workout (say, before a cardio sesh) to perk up those buns, huns! It's gonna burn and your gonna be sore the next day, but that's how you know it's working ;) 

Booty Burner Series 

On all fours; wrists should be aligned with shoulders, and knees with hips. Engage the core to support your back and work, mama!
